Information Notice on the Security Cameras Located in Our Service Area

This information notice has been prepared by ISBI ISTANBUL AHL SERBEST BOLGE KURUCU VE ISL. A.S., acting in the capacity of data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "KVKK") and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the legal grounds for processing, the method of collection, the parties to whom it may be transferred and your rights under the KVKK.

In our service area, image recordings are made by means of a total of 121 security cameras located in our service area, on its exterior facade and in the corridors of the administrative building, for the purpose of ensuring the security of our service area, and the recording process is supervised by the administrative affairs and information technology unit.

The personal data in question is processed by automated means on the legal ground set out in Article 5 of the Law, namely that "processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject". In addition, your relevant personal data may be transferred, upon request, to judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement bodies for the resolution of legal disputes or as required by the relevant legislation.

Article 20 of the Constitution establishes that everyone has the right to be informed about personal data concerning them. Article 11 of the KVKK sets out the rights of the personal data subject under the Law.
