The Stars of IT Programme Has Entered into Force
Under the Ministry of Trade E-Turquality Programme, it has been decided to give priority to companies located in a Specialized Free Zone by adding +20 points.

The purpose of the decision is defined as regulating the matters relating to the funding, from the Support and Price Stability Fund (DFIF), of expenditure on the activities required to strengthen the infrastructure and institutional capacity of companies, institutions and cooperative organisations so that they can prepare for exporting and gain a competitive advantage in international markets, and to promote, market, position and build brands for their products and services abroad.
In connection with the inclusion of companies in the E-Turquality Programme announced by the Ministry of Trade, it has been decided to give priority to companies located in a Specialized Free Zone by adding +20 points.

Companies holding an international trademark registration certificate +5 points
Companies holding a service/product registration certificate +5 points

What Is the E-Turquality Programme?
E-Turquality is a support programme that aims to prepare companies, institutions and cooperative organisations operating in the IT and software sector for exporting, to help them gain competitiveness in international markets and to build their brands. Under the programme, expenditure on strengthening institutional capacity, on overseas promotion and marketing activities and on branding is supported through the Support and Price Stability Fund.

The award of additional points to companies located in a free zone or specialized free zone under the scoring system used to assess applications turns locating in the zone directly into an advantage. These additional points can be decisive in prioritising applications and in the process of admission to the programme.
